Please Pray

Please keep our baby in your prayers. Although it's not super serious at this point, Baby's growth is a few weeks behind. I am 32 weeks and the ultrasound today showed Baby's growth at about 30 weeks. Her belly growth was only at 28 weeks which was the thing that worried my doctor the most. I will now be having weekly appointments and will be going to the hospital two times per week to do non-stress tests with the doppler. I had one done today and Baby's heartrate and movement both looked good.

The fluids around the baby look good and all her organs appear normal as well. The doctor said there's nothing that I can do or change to help baby grow better. She's just not getting everything she needs from the placenta at this point.

Baby is also still in the breech position. Last time she was transverse and now she's completely bottom-down. Although I didn't ask the doctor today whether she'll try to move her, on Saturday at our birth class, the nurse there said that they typically try to turn breech babies at about 36 weeks.

So, please lift our little one up to our heavenly Father. We trust Him with her and know that His plans for us and our baby are perfect.

You and your baby girl are in my prayers for sure!!! I guess it's just the Lord's way of telling you that you need a little more pampering (by way of the bi-weekly Drs appointments). Rest up over the holiday! ~Amanda

Today is a special day of celebrating Thanksgivng and what a day for prayers especially for your coming baby. We pray for you and Phil Megan and know that the LORD will make everything perfect and your time will bring the joy you both have been waiting for. Move that child where it should be and may it arrive as healthy as we all would pray for and know will happen. GOD Bless

Megan, I'll be praying for you and baby. God has his perfect will! Don't be worried. Sometimes the doctors give us TMI that scares us when God knows everything is just fine. Have a great Thanksgiving.
