This Weekend

Here's a few random pictures for your enjoyment. The first is of Taeya trying out Macy's little seat for the first time. She did fine but wasn't too impressed.

Before we go on our walks, Taeya gets all bundled up. When we walk with Macy, Macy rides in the stroller and Taeya in my sling. They both usually sleep through the entire walk. This sweatshirt is actually for a much older baby but I like putting Taeya in it because it's thin enough to wear with the sling but keeps her well covered.


These two pictures were taken last week on one of our walks. We've been having beautiful weather in the high 40's low 50's. One day when I was walking the girls, it was sunny and blue skies when I left. On the way back from our walk it started snowing pretty hard all of a sudden and by the time we arrived home 10 minutes later it was sunny blue skies again.

Phil and I had a lovely day snowboarding on Saturday. It was VERY warm to the point that I was still hot just wearing snowboard pants, a thin longsleeved shirt and gloves. It was nice to get back in the snow for a little while. Wasn't the best of mountains or snow but Phil and I enjoyed the time together to talk and reflect on life. I'm hoping to go one more time before the end of the season. We'll see if it happens. Unfortunately, I never did take my camera out and take any pictures. It's hard with just two of us. I also can't take any pictures today because I left it at Taeya's babysitter's house. Taeya had her first bottle of expressed milk on Saturday and she did a great job and ate the whole thing! Well, I have to babysit Macy today and tutor as well so I'd better go. Hope all my readers have a blessed day.
