Pizza Dough Request

Phil and I have started a weekly tradition of making homemade pizza's after church every Sunday. I have been experimenting trying to find a really good pizza dough recipe. I've found some that are okay but nothing outstanding. I'm looking for a recipe that mimics the Stonefire pizza's from Santa Clarita. That is my all-time favorite pizza. If you have a great pizza dough recipe that you would be willing to share, please either post it to my comments or email it to me if you have my address. It would be MUCH appreciated!

This was our attempt at a BBQ chicken pizza. It LOOKED beautiful but didn't taste

beautiful. The BBQ sauce we used was way too sweet and overpowered the pizza and the dough too yeasty. If at first you don't succeed, try try again!

I'd love a good dough recipe too. Mine always tastes like carboard.

I am trying a new recipe next week - for both dough and a BBQ chicken pizza with gouda cheese on it (one of my fav cheeses) - so I will let you know how it comes out - and if it is good I will pass it along :)

It does look good. Hope you can find a really good recipe and share it with us. Hope you are doing well. One more night shift and then a few days off. Chris is still sick. Has had a fever for a week now. Hopefully he will feel better soon.

Ok - so I did make the BBQ Chicken pizza with the gouda and LOVED it - I was in a hurry that day and didn't make my own crust (bought one) - but when I try the recipe I have, I will let you know :)
