Taeya's been teething for about a week and a half. While Phil's family was here, she tried out her first teething biscuit. She really liked it and did well munching on it and making a mess. I got a taste of what it will be like when she starts eating...MESSY! She is definitely interested in eating and I think she'll be very willing to try new foods when the time comes. She'll be starting solids at 6 months. Only about three more weeks.

Those biscuits are so messy - I think a big part of the mess is those biscuits! Allie makes a horrible mess with them but is not that messy when she eats. So does she have any teeth yet? Teething is such fun times - kidding - nice when those teeth pop through! Allie is working on top teeth now.
Megan, I swear Taeya looks so much like your baby pictures. She is adorable!! I like the picture of her with the biscuit up her nose. Funny!! Bekah was a good teether until the last few teeth. Then she was so fussy. Tylenol made our days so much better. She hated the orajel so we just didn't use that. Have fun with her teething phase.
yep, eating is messy! the first few times were the most messy for us. if i am quick to get the food in and the spoon out before his hands get involved, it's much less messy, but i think it's good for him to participate.
Yum! Yum! She's starting out with good organic biscuits, too, thanks to Grandpa! Have you got lots of bibs?
