Blogs to Read

I have had the link in my sidebar for awhile now, but if you have not heard of Nathan, Tricia and Gwyneth Lawrenson please be sure to stop by Nathan's blog and read their story. Tricia has Cystic Fibrosis and is awaiting new lungs. She found out she was pregnant last September and against the advice of all of her doctors, she and Nathan decided to trust the Lord and continue with the pregnancy. She delivered Gwyneth Rose on January 8th somewhere around 25 weeks along. Nathan updates his blog usually multiple times a day with pictures and info about how his two girls are doing. Please pray that Tricia will get new lungs VERY soon! When you go to their blog, if you want to read a summary of their story, start at the top right hand sidebar where it says "Start Here First." That will answer many of the questions you may have. Nathan's purpose is documenting this story is to make more awareness for Cystic Fibrosis, Organ Donation and Premature Birth and to help others who may be dealing with any of those areas in their own lives. Please go visit their blog; you won't be disappointed. Please remember to PRAY for them as well while you're there! Our God is still working miracles today!

On another note, I have just started another blog. The purpose of this blog is to post everyday meal ideas. I would love to have others join the blog and post their own meal ideas. If you have a tough time thinking of new, creative meals every night, stop by Everyday Meals and look for new ideas and be sure to share yours as well! The Everyday Meals link is also located in my side-bar under Family.

You know what is so amazing? I have a friend on another site that has been updating me on Tricia's journey as she attempts to beat cystic fibrosis:) It just amazes me how many people out there are able to spread a story and within a very short period of time, there are people throughout the world praying for that person:) I remember the day that Gwyneth was born and i have been praying for them ever since and I will not stop until Tricia beats her disease!!
